When a new account is created Fleetdynamics automatically generates a unique password for the account. This email and password combination is provided to the primary contact upon dispatch of the equipment from the Fleetdynamics office.
If a user wishes to change their password - it can be done by clicking "Forgot password" on the Fleetdynamics portal login page.
If you are already logged in, you will need to log out of the platform prior to changing your password.
Note: Fleetdynamics can not view, advise or set customers passwords via email or phone.
