Activating new hardware

Fleetdynamics delivers all new equipment in an inactive state. By requesting activation of the hardware you are acknowledging the hardware is installed in a vehicle and you are ready to begin your subscription. 

You can activate your equipment by following the below link and entering the devices serial number. Once requested your device will take between 5-30 minutes to appear online so please be patient. If your device does not appear after 30 minutes please ensure installation is completed correctly, and contact Fleetdynamics for technical assistance.

Device activation will automatically begin your subscription from the day of activation
