What mobile network does our equipment operate on?

Fleetdynamics equipment operates on the Telstra 3G/NextG mobile network for maximum coverage. You can view the coverage map on the Telstra website

What happens to travel data while the vehicle is outside mobile coverage?

Our devices all have an internal memory, and any travel that occurs outside the mobile coverage network will be stored in the devices internal memory to be transmitted once coverage is restored - this means that yuo may lose live tracking facilities, however historical reporting will still be available for this duration.

My vehicle is not appearing where it should be or not updating
