Scheduled reporting

Basic scheduled report suite

Fleetdynamics portal has the facility to email a weekly suite of reports directly to the primary contact for your account to help simplify usage of the tracking system. These reports have been selected as the most common requested by customers.

The standard report suite consist of the below reports:

• Vehicle activity report - detail
• Vehicle activity report - summary
• Vehicle exception report
• Vehicle CO2 usage
• Vehicle behavior report

Then enabled these reports will be generated at 18:00 PM WST every Friday.

To enable scheduled reporting simply navigate to your "My Account" tab in the portal, and tick the "Enable scheduled reporting" checkbox underneath the contact email. Don't forget to press "Save changes"
