FBT logbook automation

Fleetdynamics has built in FBT Logbook facilities, from administration & reporting, as well as driver trip purpose input facilities.

The FBT logbook will use any known locations from the tracking portal such as Geozones or POI's to pre-populate a "virtual" daily logbook, that will be emailed directly to your drivers for final adjustments

Once your driver has actioned the email as required. you will be able to extract a complete FBT logbook report for the vehicle for your chosen period directly from the "Reports" tab. This report will take into consideration any adjustments your driver has made to the FBT logbook.

To enable FBT Logbooks simply navigate to your "My Account" tab in the portal, and tick the "Enable FBT logbook emails to drivers?" checkbox underneath the contact email. Don't forget to press "Save changes"
