There is 3 primary reasons for a device not to appear on your account once you login to the fleetdynamics portal
Device not yet activated
New equipment is delivered in a non-activated state, and as such is not visible on the fleetdynamics portal. If this is the case, you can activate your new device instantly by following the link below

Device connectivity issue
If you have installed a new device, however running activation has not bought the asset online in your tracking portal the next step is to ensure the device is correctly installed. The device is required to have constant power, and will only successfully activate while powered on.

Subscription lapsed
If the subscription for the device has lapsed, the device will automatically disappear from view on your account until the fee is paid. It is important that the subscription is paid on time to prevent loss of data and service, any devices that have lapsed service by 14 days or more will be disconnected.
You can pay your account instantly via credit card by completing the popup window when first logging in, or by navigating to the "My Account" tab and clicking "Pay account"
