Physical device damage is not covered by the fleetdynamics warranty - however we may still be able to help!. Please contact us to discuss the options available, we may be able to assist with device repair if possible, or replacement while retaining the existing device subscription to minimize costs.
Physical Damage Includes
- Water damage/ingress
- Electrical damage caused by incorrect wiring
- Physical damage, including from driver tampering
